6 Spring Scented Candles to Make

Here are six of the best spring scented candles and how to make scented candles that smell like spring!

Here on the farm, there’s truly no season like spring. The garden is thriving with asparagus ready to be picked, tulips are popping along the driveway, and there are always newborn animals to celebrate and welcome to the world. Spring truly is a beautiful season. To me, it’s always felt like spring is the world’s way of waking up from the winter slumber. It’s cold and quiet in the winter, but it’s almost like the sun shines in an entirely different way when spring arrives.

It’s for this reason, and many others, that I adore spring. With Spring in full bloom, there’s a sundry of events like Easter, Mother’s Day, and tasks like spring cleaning the home and garden. So, there’s no time like the present to talk about spring scented candles!

With the changing of decor and seasons, it’s time to replace winter candles in our homes with the freshness of new spring scented candles!

What candle scents are for spring?

Who doesn’t love a good fresh spring scent? It’s a great season for a nice variety of scents ranging from romantic floral tones to energizing and crisp citrus notes. To find the answer to what candle scents are best for spring, we should start by asking, what does spring smell like?

The answer will vary depending on your own experience of spring. Whether you remember spring by a stuffy nose or by picnics in the park, there’s a multitude of sweet and fresh scents that embody the essence of spring. For example, Bergamot, Lemon, and Mandarin are all invigorating citrusy scents that give a pop to the spring scents. Iris, Jasmine, and Rose are all amorous florals that provide a serene feeling to spring.
